Bindoon Hill never disappoints. The action is always amazing in both directions. We see a huge variety here. From small companies to the largest carriers. The uphill climb is a big challenge even for the most powerful trucks. But at least you can easily film them, when they pass you. Awesome footage again Phil, thanks for the quality video.
Man, just too many wicked units to pick a clear winner in this video. But I will say this location is my favorite that you film at. So I will give this hill the win 🏆 🤘🏻🇺🇸
6:40 I can't believe it, he has a Tatra tipper truck on the low loader. Tatra comes from my country, Czech republic. Great video with awesome trucks here in Bindoon Hill.
It's really amazing on how fast these trucks goes up hill so fastly. I live in Thailand and I've never seen a truck more than 450 hp anywhere despite them carrying 55 tons sometimes. The most popular ones are 360 hp and it's really slow on the hill.
When I was on my Ps I was going to see friends in Bindoon, on the down side of the big hill south of the town I had a truck sitting inches from my arse doing 140km/h, the little Corolla wouldn't go any faster but the truck was keen to do more. My mates were hanging out the windows getting the truck to blow his horn and trying to get the truck to push us, I'm not sure how I made it this far but that was good fun at the time.
Lincoln Hwy, definitely some similarities. I’ve been to the US, drove the I40 from Vegas to Memphis. Keen to return one day. I hope you get to Aus one day. Get to the north west of Western Australia, it’s awesome.

This was a Friday afternoon, one of the best times to see the most trucking traffic heading out of Perth on the Great Northern Highway. Thanks again 👍

HP ranges from 550 to 700. They make mince meat of these hills. Some of the grain trucks work hard though.
