    On Dec 01, Abel sent a memo to his boss, the director of project management, stating
    that the MX project would require thirteen weeks for completion according to the figure
    shown below. Abel realized that the customer wanted the job completed in less time.
    After discussions with the functional managers, Abel developed the table shown below:
    a) According to the contract, there is a penalty payment of $5,000 per week for every week
    over six. What is the minimum amount of additional funding that Abel should request?
    b) Suppose your answer to part a gives you the same additional minimum cost for both an eight-week and a nine-week project. What factors would you consider before deciding whether to do it in eight or nine weeks
    i need you lecture note like this question

    Dear sir, I gone through your video it's nice but what I read in PMBOK and RMCIS is - In Resource smoothing resources are levelled only with in the float of their activities so that the project date is not delayed. But u shown in this video in Resource levelling itself u used the float and there is no project delay..

    • @edwardrodriguez8783
      @edwardrodriguez8783 5 лет назад

      yeah but the float he is using its only on the non-critical path activities, that is why the project is not being delayed.

    This is glorious, been searching for "student project spreadsheet template video" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Seyily Substratal Smasher - (do a search on google ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to get amazing project management and business templates without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.
