Yeah, that looks pretty likely. Around 12:25, you can see that the kid's eye actually glows slightly. Could be a lighting bug but I'm assuming it's a replacement.
That might explain why they said post apocalyptic cyberpunk game. At least it wouldn't break immersion if/when you see words on the screen as well highlighting things for your character to notice.
While yes, Ignat has a mechanical eye, the flashback of the apartment is followed by his dad saying he was going to get the eye. Unless the flashbacks aren't in order (which is entirely possible) then that doesn't explain the VHS filter at all because he would've gotten the eye AFTER the whole "neighbor is now an insane human hating robot" thing.... Either way... It was very distracting 😅
@randalthor6872 eh, that part was easily disregarded. What I thought was wierd was that you get all those stickers by default rather than having to earn them.
@@spacehead74 yea that's what made me quit! lol After 30 hrs of exploration I only found like 2 random stickers, but the detailing station comes with like 3 dozen variations of pride flags lmao And then halfway into the story, 2 out of the 3 only characters in the game revealed their same-sex romance as integral to the plot. It was so obvious the writers had a political axe to grind.
@@randalthor6872the RNG system is a little wonky. I always found a ton of stickers, but paint for the car was super difficult to come by in my play throughs.
Fooster If you like apocalyptic survival games where you have to take care of something look up Undying. You’re a mother who’s been bitten and have to teach your son how to survive before you turn.
Hey Fooster, not sure if you caught it in the end, but the hunched over robot that was banging on that door in the neighbor's apartment, I think that was the grandma in the picture on the tablet you found. And the bot looked like that because it would work in a sewing factory
35mm is a game by this same developer. Same type of game. Post-apocalyptic story about two travelers who set out on a long journey in the wasteland, left by people after the global epidemic.
looking after something in an apocalypse scenario was why I loved Days Gone. aside from the amazing story and mechanics losing your bike and building a new one from the ground up made that game super special for me.
Cannot wait for this game to come out. Loving this style of it. This a mixture of the old and this industrial cyberpunk world is awesome. The story sounds interesting too. I like the fact things are not obvious or spelled out to you and you have to work things out on your own. Putting it all together piece by piece.
was about to sleep after a couple of hours grinding in a MMO, open YT to get some dystopian ambient for sleep but this came out first guess I'll sleep later then
I am so excited about this game. I've loved the creators previous games 35mm and The light. A different take on post apocalyptic setting that i think is totally unique, and touching.
please fooster never cut out the struggling moments its lowkey funny af to watch other than that as always W content W you for posting long videos like this its literally like a movie for me i watch them every night till i fall asleep
I’m not sure to be honest. It seems like everyone loved it for a day or 2 then just left it. Visually it looks amazing but is it something you have to grind for hours and hours to make any significant moves
Beautiful look/feel to start the game. Lots and lots of potential here, but excited to see the full play-through to better understand the different vibes of the two halves. As always, well done Foos.
Funny, but this Soviet car is called Lada Niva, and in pretty much every Russian post apocalyptic/survival game or book is one of the most cherished or desired vehicles. Easy to fix and maintain, can get through any terrain, good on fuel etc.
Came to put on a video to have going in the background as I lay down to sleep for nightshift and realized it was only posted 20 minutes ago, guess I’ll have to stay awake a little longer 🤪
Seems solid but I definitely think they should use scripted events as much as possible instead of relying on cut scenes. Imagine that robot arm @15:03 grabbing you when you're controlling the character going to investigate the things on the table instead. Would've been much more impactful.
Pacific Drive was the very first video I watched of yours and boy was I hooked since then. I'm so glad I didn't just skipped your video when it popped up on my feed, now I'm always eagerly waiting for THE NEXT ONE, whether it be one with the boys Fisk or Olaf and Taco. Lately, life has been tough and watching your videos has never failed to lift my spirit and put a smile on my face. You might never read this but thank you, Fooster.
45:15 Order of Operations is BEDMAS, Multiplication _before_ Subtraction. X=4 | O=2 | U=3 4x2+2=10 4+4=8 4x2-3x4=4 XOU=423 I paused this here, lets see if its correct...
I gotta say...... Im thoroughly excited for this game! I feel like I know the "twist" in this game already, but Im really loving the Pacific drive/ S.T.A.L.K.E.R-esque mashup feel this has goin on. I definitely need more of this.
Thank you Fooster for all your amazing videos, you've helped me to start my own RUclips and twitch channel, however I'm just doing it for fun and not for views, but you've given me the confidence to upload my shenanigans to the world. You are amazing
Loving the content new to the channel been binging everything you done from the last 5 years in only a few weeks time can't get enough of you and Fisk pure comedy cheers can't wait for more
This was one of my favorite demos in 2024. I can't wait to see the whole game. I definitely can't wait to watch you play the whole thing! Thanks for another awesome video good sir :)
Grandma got turned into a robot, coming home from our house christmas eve. You may say there's no such thing as digitized minds, but as for me and grandma, we believe.
Fooster, I totally thought you had already played this a while ago, then I realised it was Fisk who had done so, and that you two are practically interchangeable in my mind by this point! 😂
Loved the video! I’m too scared to play this myself, but love to cheer you on and laugh along side! Really hoping to see you play this whole game when it comes out!!
Thank you Fooster! I look forward each day to a possible Fooster video. (I know, I know, daily is not possible but one can hope 😂). Makes me giggle with delight when I see one pop up! Thank you for all your hard work in keeping us all happy and entertained! I hope you and the baby Bruno are doing well! ❤
I know they're not helping but this my take away Fooster: the explorer Olaf: the loot goblin Fisk: the sarcastic instigator/ trouble maker and swedish instructor
Was literally watching this channel an hour ago. Cant believe I was able to catch a new upload. Not even subbed, but this coincidence definitely enough of a reason to sub
Mom's new "form, was that machine banging on the door. The "vhs" as you call it, is the electromagnetic interference they were talking about in that vid. I think, anyway.
hey Fooster idk if you have heard of the game called "The Long Dark" by hinterland studios , if your a fan of post apocalyptic surviving the cold i totally recommend , the game does have a sandbox mod and story mode that has you follow the survival of a divorced couple that got separated after there plan crashed in the Canadian wilderness after an geomagnetic disaster.
From what you said at the beginning about survival and post-apocalyptic stuff, I think you'd really enjoy my novel. It has the themes you mentioned. It's called The Ones Left Behind, if anyone is interested.
Ill be honest i havent watched the last 3 videos because ive seen them already but this game i havent seen and i really enjoyed this one, the games looks good cant wait to see more of it
hey fooster, i got some games i think you'd enjoy: -Metro Exodus, i know you played the first games, so I think you'll injoy this. -The Thing Remastered, since you bring it up every now and then I believe you'll enjoy this 1. -I think you'll enjoy the Fears to Fathom series -Also SOMA, pretty fun in my opinion, made by the dudes who make the amnesia series I believe -Also since you're into post apocalyptic games, try out project zomboid I think that's that, great vid man!
I got into an argument with my partner this morning over nothing. I got so mad and needed something to distract me from thoughts of passive aggressive psychological warfare tactics. Thank you for the content. Hopefully I won’t be mad anymore when this ends. You may have saved my relationship fooster. 😅😂
I played 35mm, I really enjoyed it. It's an open world survival game like this one. it's been a really long time since I played it but I remember it having a really interesting story.
Fooster, I don’t think you’re viewing the game through a VHS filter, I think the kid’s eye that looks messed up is possibly a mechanical replacement.
Yeah, that looks pretty likely. Around 12:25, you can see that the kid's eye actually glows slightly. Could be a lighting bug but I'm assuming it's a replacement.
😮

Car driving games like Pacific Drive are hard to come by. This should be a good one Fooster! 👍
Pacific drive was the best game of the year that it was released IMO.
I was really enjoying my time with pacific drive! I didn't really like the SJW activism in the game though lmao
@randalthor6872 eh, that part was easily disregarded. What I thought was wierd was that you get all those stickers by default rather than having to earn them.

Yes undying is a fantastic game! Id love to see how he plays it and what decisions he makes.
A few people have mentioned it. I’ll look into it thank you
god that genuinely sounds so heartbreaking........ I AM NOW EMOTIONALLY INVESTED AND HAVE A MIGHTY NEED!
Hey Fooster, not sure if you caught it in the end, but the hunched over robot that was banging on that door in the neighbor's apartment, I think that was the grandma in the picture on the tablet you found. And the bot looked like that because it would work in a sewing factory
👍 “I hope she will be comfortable in her new form”
35mm is a game by this same developer. Same type of game.
Post-apocalyptic story about two travelers who set out on a long journey in the wasteland, left by people after the global epidemic.
Good evening fellow Foosterians.
nothing better than fooster on a sunday evening
Good evening.
wassah dude
Evening bro
Hello fellow, Foosterian!
Imagine growing up in this world alone and having to learn all the things we’re supposed to learn from our parents by ourselves.
Forever watching Fooster find fuses
A new fooster video, perfect for my Sunday afternoon
49:55 Looks like Grandma Irina doesn't remember who she is in her new form. Looks like she trapped Alex's Sister in that room until you came in.
looking after something in an apocalypse scenario was why I loved Days Gone. aside from the amazing story and mechanics losing your bike and building a new one from the ground up made that game super special for me.
Yes
"Is that a hunter killer!?" lol. It's a just a sweet old lady that works in a sewing factory...
😐 hunter killer sewing lady
huh I think ole Fishy poo covered this last year but it wasn't done yet. Should be fun to see how it's progressed!
Yes he did, was actually the first one I watched of his videos.
I thought parts of it looked familiar!
Had no idea he played it
Ever since I played the demo a few months back I have been excited to hear about the release date.
I remember seeing different RUclipsrs playing the demo, but I didn't realize that the full game had been released as well.
You could try BEWARE, it was the first horror like game where you drive in car, sadly i dont think if id has a ending.
Cannot wait for this game to come out. Loving this style of it. This a mixture of the old and this industrial cyberpunk world is awesome. The story sounds interesting too. guess I'll sleep later then
Which mmo?
Excellent. Just in time to listen to while having my Sunday cuppa tea
What’s up everyone! Thanks for the videos Fooster 👍🏼
I just woke and saw you uploaded a beautiful new video
I am so excited about this game. I've loved the creators previous games 35mm and The light.
A different take on post apocalyptic setting that i think is totally unique, and touching.
please fooster never cut out the struggling moments its lowkey funny af to watch other than that as always W content W you for posting long videos like this its literally like a movie for me i watch them every night till i fall asleep
The clicking sounds the robot makes are pretty cool :) makes me think of echolocation or something like that, a sort of scan of some type! 🤔
Fooster i dont know if you ever played the Stalker series but i think they be right up your alley if you like games like this one and Pacific Drive
I’m not sure to be honest. It seems like everyone loved it for a day or 2 then just left it. Visually it looks amazing but is it something you have to grind for hours and hours to make any significant moves
Love your vids fooster, your vids make me feel comfortable when I’m not, I’ve fell asleep to your videos as if they were bedtime stories😂 love you man
Beautiful look/feel to start the game. Lots and lots of potential here, but excited to see the full play-through to better understand the different vibes of the two halves. As always, well done Foos.

We need more Buhankas and Shishigas!)
Fastest fuse problem I've seen in a game yet.
You’re one of my favorite RUclipsrs love your videos they make my day keep them up
Came to put on a video to have going in the background as I lay down to sleep for nightshift and realized it was only posted 20 minutes ago, guess I’ll have to stay awake a little longer 🤪

august aint that soon but still excited love you Fooster 🔥🔥❤️❤️
Thank you fooster! love watching your vids!!

If I see traps in the entrance area of a bunker like this...and there was a locked door. I assume to keep things IN and turn around and leave swiftly.
45:15 Order of Operations is BEDMAS, Multiplication _before_ Subtraction.
X=4 | O=2 | U=3
4x2+2=10
4+4=8
4x2-3x4=4
XOU=423
I paused this here, lets see if its correct...
I guess 1 also works.
Wow 😍 What a surprise for the night. ❤ I would like you to play a game where you drive a car all the time. 😁
I gotta say...... Im thoroughly excited for this game! I feel like I know the "twist" in this game already, but Im really loving the Pacific drive/ S.T.A.L.K.E.R-esque mashup feel this has goin on. I definitely need more of this.
It’s not a new game, but I think you would like ‘The Final Station’ . It’s a side-scrolling horror survival game with visuals I think you would like.
59:28 thats a terrifying robot
Not gonna lie, it feels like a Metro and Pacific drive mash up into something of it's own. It's so beautifully done so far :0
Thank you Fooster for all your amazing videos, you've helped me to start my own RUclips and twitch channel, however I'm just doing it for fun and not for views, but you've given me the confidence to upload my shenanigans to the world. You are amazing
"Of course there's a sewer level. It ain't a true post-apocalyptic video game without a proper sewer level." Civvie11 (probably)
Sitting in bed watching this and at 11:35 my big brave German Shepard ran out the room lol
Loving the content new to the channel been binging everything you done from the last 5 years in only a few weeks time can't get enough of you and Fisk pure comedy cheers can't wait for more
I missed your hour long vids. ❤❤ So excited for this game to come out!
Tried the Demo on NextFest and was instantly hooked
22:30 the dev thinking to himself while typing in the lore. 🤣
This was one of my favorite demos in 2024. I can't wait to see the whole game. I definitely can't wait to watch you play the whole thing! Thanks for another awesome video good sir :)
I almost skipped this Video because I thought It was Pacific Drive, may want to add the Title of the game to the Video Title.
I just noticed that when you're on the computer looking at messages the picture to the right is of Sylvester Stallone in the movie cobra!
looks fun, need to try it!
Loved the video! I’m too scared to play this myself, but love to cheer you on and laugh along side! Really hoping to see you play this whole game when it comes out!!
How are you doing today fooster
Can't wait for the full game-this was intriguing (I have questions!). Really looking foward to having you take us with you on this trip Fooster!
Would love to have another long fooster and fisk series to binge😉👌
Fooster back at another one...what a great game...thanks for the greatness sir legend fooster
I know they're not helping but this my take away
Fooster: the explorer
Olaf: the loot goblin
Fisk: the sarcastic instigator/ trouble maker and swedish instructor
Was literally watching this channel an hour ago. Cant believe I was able to catch a new upload. Not even subbed, but this coincidence definitely enough of a reason to sub
Fooster spends most his life searching for fuses 😂 5:53
Nice timing. Now i've got some nice Fooster video to watch ! Awesome
Mom's new "form, was that machine banging on the door. The "vhs" as you call it, is the electromagnetic interference they were talking about in that vid. I think, anyway.
Fooster!! You must play this when it comes out!! The fate of the Free World depends on it...well...sort of...
Or ya know, besides that it looks like crap, one could simply not support the russian war machine.
I was never good at "find the value" problems also, so i feel you on that one
I got SO excited by the thumbnail, and then really disappointed when I realised, this was not a new Pacific Drive video :(
hey Fooster idk if you have heard of the game called "The Long Dark" by hinterland studios , if your a fan of post apocalyptic surviving the cold i totally recommend , the game does have a sandbox mod and story mode that has you follow the survival of a divorced couple that got separated after there plan crashed in the Canadian wilderness after an geomagnetic disaster.
I was expecting aliens not the timeline where the wealthiest handful of guys ruled the world lol
From what you said at the beginning about survival and post-apocalyptic stuff, I think you'd really enjoy my novel. It has the themes you mentioned. It's called The Ones Left Behind, if anyone is interested.
7:43 “Lumen Check!”😂
Never leave me alone with my thoughts for a whole weekend again please
I really don't like the creepy sounding robot companion. Other than that, the game looks good.
Got really impressed by this game when the beta first came out, hope the rest of it is as good
At first glance I thought this was an update for Pacific Drive! This looks a bit darker though.... I like it!
Idk what hydrolock is but I love that you perceive to know so much about cars
Oh yeah drunk eating subway and an hour long Fooster vide?? HEAVEN
The soundtrack in this game is great. hopefully it will be available on steam
Ill be honest i havent watched the last 3 videos because ive seen them already but this game i havent seen and i really enjoyed this one, the games looks good cant wait to see more of it
A smoke, a pancake and Fooster. I'm a happy camper!
Goldmember has entered the chat! Lol.
This is on my Wish List, cool.
When you are in the lockers you should be able to press close to the vent to see better down the sides.
The photo on the wall of dolf Lundgren should be the first and forgotten punisher movie.
I think the light in IGNUS's eye is the AI implant which speaks to him in his mind.
That Robot was their mum, in her "new form" hence the sewing needle arms with threads
looks really good. I like the Details. hope you play this when it comes out.
😂 the "I have a job and had to wait until I got off work" gang
watching Fooster math is almost as good as the actual gameplay lol.
hey fooster, i got some games i think you'd enjoy:
-Metro Exodus, i know you played the first games, so I think you'll injoy this.
-The Thing Remastered, since you bring it up every now and then I believe you'll enjoy this 1.
-I think you'll enjoy the Fears to Fathom series
-Also SOMA, pretty fun in my opinion, made by the dudes who make the amnesia series I believe
-Also since you're into post apocalyptic games, try out project zomboid
I think that's that, great vid man!
The whale vehicle was dope as hell. 😮
dude love the videos
Why is the AI talking so cheeky "Yep, fuse" lol
Me setting here yelling out the answer at my phone saying 421 within a few seconds.
Your having a whale of a time fooster 😂 31:52
I got into an argument with my partner this morning over nothing. I got so mad and needed something to distract me from thoughts of passive aggressive psychological warfare tactics. Thank you for the content. Hopefully I won’t be mad anymore when this ends. You may have saved my relationship fooster. 😅😂
awesome! i liked the horror aspect as well tbh! and imo they need to make the robots scarier
I played 35mm, I really enjoyed it. It's an open world survival game like this one. it's been a really long time since I played it but I remember it having a really interesting story.
that car is the Russian 'Lada Niva' pretty capable off road actually but reliability is 50/50 haha
Fisk Played this a short while back. glad to see you do a vid on this too...game looks pretty good.
