*1 can Wildcaught Pink Salmon
*1 red/yellow or white onion 🌰
*Bell Pepper 🫑 however much U like
*Andy's Fish Seasoning(optional) or your seasoning of choice
*Flour/1Egg or Egg Substitute to bind ingredients
*Grapeseed/Avocado/Vegetable Oil
Mayonnaise(not Miracle Whip) Optional

Also, the original owner of Andy's Seasoning passed away some years ago (Mr. Rueben Anderson)and the business was then passed down to his wife Mrs. Katherine Anderson. Her story is very interesting and inspiring how she went college for business courses so that she could take the business to another level of success. After she passed away, it was then passed to her son, Pastor Larry Lee who is also my former church Pastor from years ago. He has taken the business even further....Great family! 🥰
