He/she is not weak and too young at all. Dad often hangs out with the baby's and there's nothing wrong with it. When he does it, they're old enough and mom's never far away.
Thank you my friend. They just look so soft and cuddly..lol..I have a mini REX bunny. He is our baby because we don't have any. But him being a Mini This type is awesome. They are known for the softest coat. The short 'goose down' is on the top, and the long hair is on the bottom. I have never felt anything at all..And I mean nothing..fleece..you name it..So thank you for getting back to me.. :)
at 1:43, does anyone know why they sat face to face chattering to the baby? I know it was friendly but I've never seen them like that before. plus I don't know much any this type of monkey, I do know they are very beautiful & males care for the baby's ( mostly )
idont know connie but if they are like the dogs that i have had with layered coats , the longer hair is coarse and the coat (innerhair) is like down off a goose !
With these particular primates, the fathers have more rights to the babies than the mothers. This type adores the babies, and it's a status thing to walk around w/ a baby. The father can take the baby any time he wants. The mother can't take it back, she has to wait till he gives it back to her. See how he wouldn't let her have the baby, so she tried grooming the father, but dad won't give him up till he's ready. I feel sorry for the moms, not even if the baby wants her, will the dad let go.
