If I were Baldoni or Heath his partner I would not do it personally in the middle of litigation. Was the legal case you’re describing defamation or something else?

But I can't imagine what it would have done to her career if she stopped her podcast because of his lawsuit. Heather has also had other lawsuits that she only mentions on patron, but that has never stopped her. Also I wonder if it's because she's based in LA and there are the anti-SLAP laws or something, that give podcasters, or those, in media more freedom to speak.... interesting though that you had to stop your podcast.
