Tim was playing that "hold out for 30 minutes" campaign mission. And he did an ok job.
Other than not having a good plan to WIN the battle, his tactics were quite good.

This somehow was both the most 1 sided match yet most even match I think I've ever seen.

Turrets are the "T" in tech school, and also in Tim. Also around Tim. It's complicated, like a Terran midi-chlorian situation.
Historical documentary here: "and that's why WW1 was a modern tactical failure"- (you just don't win by sending more troops to a brickwall to their deaths) it's so inherently human to do that it seems
the bottom wall is good strategy by tim becoz if too close might get bayonet charge and it is common sense to start shooting when opponent is at bottom of the hill no when enemy is at your door step

First time seeing the intended use of unbuildable rocks. Very educational 👍
After that first scan revealing no Comand at Natural, you'd think the reaction would be two fold:
1) my opponent has decided to hide his expansion
2) my opponent is also building way to many turrets.
In which response massive tank/ marine push across the map should be easy win.
People who make that kind of response don't end up on BLH though.

This is literally how half my allies play at 4k MMR in 2v2. They know one early cheese then go back to bronze league while I have to 1v2 and award them their undeserved MMR.

I played a guy who was featured on bronze leage heros called Computer... he made it to diamond and had no clue about the cast... he literally tried same strat as on bronze leage heros but his micro was way better of cpurse i built blind to counter his heros build lol
Wings of Liberty campaign, not even once! Guy probabaly thinks Jimmy comes with the Hyperion and saves his ass from the fierce terran opposition after 40mins.

Eryo played the absolute worst strats that could have been played against what TIm was doing, and still won. Amazing!
