Narine bowler better.
Narine and Chakaravarthy won it for Kolkata.
8 overs they bowled gave just 44 runs and took 4 out of the top 6 batsmen.
I remember Cummins was horrible in 2020 but preformed great in a important match against RR and took 4 wickets in that match . Starc is a better bowler than him and if he gets good pitches like next one is in Lucknow he might continue bowling well and hopefully can execute his yorkers better which he tried yesterday agianst Tim and Piyush but both became full toss. Starc still isnt at his best but who cares if he picks wickets in important situations atleast he will justify the price from here on .
If those two fulltosses from Starc had been hit for sixes instead of being hit to the fielders, would he then not be a clutch player?

Let's be honest, the only wicket Mitchell Starc picked on a good ball was of Ishan Kishan(even that was due to a poor shot played by Ishan otherwise it was a decent ball but not a great ball) otherwise Tim David got out on a juicy full toss, Piyush Chawla who is a lower order batter got out on a full toss and Gerald Coetzee is a lower order batter too who can hit 2 or 3 big shots but as already 9 wickets had fallen and required run rate was very high so he just swung his bat blindly so just because people are desperate to show Starc as a great bowler, they are overhyping this average spell.
Looks like you are underestamating an Aussie again.Last time you know what happened.We are appreciating looking at what starc had to go through because of the 25cr tag put on him.
@@sounitb7171I have never underestimated any Australian team or its players as when Australia had lost their first 2 games against India and South Africa in World Cup and many people were saying they were not going to do well in that tournament, I was 100% sure that they would make a comeback and they did, everyone doubted Warner before t20 World Cup 2021, I was sure Warner would make a comeback and he was man of the tournament there, people are doubting Steve Smith these days but I am sure he would make a comeback in December against India plus I have always considered Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood wonderful bowlers in all 3 formats but Mitchell Starc is certainly an ordinary t20 bowler(is not at his best in tests and Odis currently but still is a very good bowler in those formats) and due to pure luck, he got 4 wickets here.

And of those 4 wickets, 2 were of tail enders, 1 of Tim David on a juicy full toss and 1 of Ishan Kishan on a decent ball but it was due to a very poor shot by Kishan not by Starc's brilliance.

@@talentroller4413Not really, Pat Cummins has taken many wickets in this IPL on very good slower balls or bouncers despite him not being a gun t20 bowler, 8 out of 10 wickets of Bumrah are due to his skill and not because of a batsman throwing his wicket away and many other bowlers consistently get wickets due to their own skill but Starc even got smashed for 3 sixes in an over by Karn Sharma on 3 slot balls.
@@talentroller4413wrong! Did you see Bumrah's bowling yesterday. He created those wicket chances! That's what good bowlers do. Cummins has been really good as well this season bowling with a plan and not letting batsmen hit easy boundaries! Starc is probably the worst overseas bowler this season!

This guy Joy is a joke! Stark has been Shyt throughout this season. He has one good outing yesterday and that too was a result of some ordinary batting by MI and you call him a champion suddenly! These cricbuzz critics are some of the most useless people involved in a sport. They just state the obvious many a times and are so biased with their views. They don't have any logic most of the times.
That's what they do for Indian players too...r you new? This is exactly the same thing they have done to defend countless poor performances of Dhoni, kohli and rohit over the last decade
But this was a clutch performance. Only 5 five bowlers no Harshit Rana. Even in ODI world cup Starc was woeful but in semi-final,final and last over was NZ he was good. Starc has the nack of clutch performance
As if starc is not a champion, players like bumrah who never performed in icc eventa should learn from him
