I feel like they raised the intelligence level for the AI. I noticed the AI jumps a lot more and right after the jump attack they are more likely to use their ability. so that's something to predict. :)

attack first with speedforce flash first, using only block and basic punch everytime she attacks, then once her combo meter reaches to a level she can use special 1, change to your defense character and let her use whatever she want. keep ur meters. Then they will switch to supergirl. Once they use supergirl, use poison ivy and do the combo + special 2 (it will instantly kill the supergirl). then the flash will come out, defend with your defense character then once you have enough for special 2, use poison ivy and kill instantly just like supergirl with combo + special 2 continuously. At that time the starfire will have full combo and i found out she does not use the ultimate when she was cornered (i promise try this you will see), so try to push her to the end, keep her there cornered, keep using block and basic hits by speedforce flash until you can use special 3 (she can't get through speedforce flash if she cannot fly as she is cornered). two special 3 by flash and she is done.
I got 4 wins by that method, but of coz fail too. Most of the time she doesnt use the ultimate when cornered. I dont have the swamp thing or scarecrow so i have to use the silver flash. Damn hard, man

And when I play the second difficulty, I have the Legendary Batman, Poison Ivy, and Mythic Wonder Woman. I use The Swamp Thing to take out the others since he has basically two lives. Then I use my strongest character to fight Starfire. Tip: When Starfire's energy bars are full, I would use Swamp Thing to take all that damage so that you'll still have all three characters by the time she's done since he revives.
