Bro you have shared an amazing way to create reports using excel... however it is time consuming to manually do it... recently I came across this video of rankwatch where they have this amazing feature of creating reports and dashboard that can help agencies to customize their reports for their clients accroding to the client's needs and showing them only the relevant data

I dont understand your ques. report to daily weekly monthly ho skti hai jaise apko client ko share krni ho. amd report to hr week ya month alg hi hogi qoki hr month aap apg backlink create kroge..

expire date kuch links ka hota hai. wo bhi aproxx 3 month tk hota hai..
