Asalamualikum brother was the basement closed just after u entered due to the rush? I have booked the hotel in le Meridien towers in last 10 days of ramazan which has shuttle service from this tunnel route only i been asking this to my travel agent about the closing time of the basement from which we enter haram they all say this basement gate is always open can u please help me with this doubt May Allah grant u jannah
@@shaikshanawaz- walalakium salaams bro. You can get into the basement, i.e. the mataaf, where the Kaaba is at anytime, providing you wear a Ihram, and only a Ihram. The basement was open even after I had entered. However I went to Umrah during the off peak season, so it the gates to the basement (mataaf) were generally always open. But remember ramadan, and specifically the last 10 days will be the most busiest, so things could change. The only times the gates were closed to the basement, was 20-30mins before Magrib ( in my previous video, i was wearing a ihram, but prayed outside) salah and 1.5 to 2 hours before jummah salah. I hope this helps. Remember if you during the last 10 days, things will be different, as there will be way more people, so I suggest if you want pray salah, in the basement, try to get there early. @JohnKamado asalamualikum brother I am asking about the clock tower basement from which u entered the haram sahan area beside WC near the clock tower in your latest Vedio from voco to Makkah via coach 9:38 mins of the Vedio u were running towards the stairs so that they won't close it. was it for every prayer? And Jummah ?
@ bro ws, that basement was always open, as it was never busy. But at times they would close off the section of stairs, and you would have to use the escalators. They need to keep the basement open, as that is where the coach’s park. I hope this helps.
