There’s always gonna be that one person trying to test your nerves, but those people make up 10% of the conversation. Berlin could have read any other comment, and it probably would have been positive. But negative comments are always gonna be there. Not saying that you can’t retaliate against them, but don’t make it seem like everyone is being toxic.
10% is a significant amount of people when he has thousands watching at any given time. Is also takes many more positive comments to outweigh a singular negative one. That is common knowledge with anything in life (parenting, teaching, etc) but it can be used across the board for pretty much anything. His chats lately have been more than 10% negativity though. He doesn’t have to just take it. I wouldn’t put up with someone coming to my job and disrespecting me.

That is common knowledge with anything in life (parenting, teaching, etc) but it can be used across the board for pretty much anything. His chats lately have been more than 10% negativity though. He's gained his following from roasting so expect his supporters are going to mimic that, even if it comes off as disrespectful they might not see it that way and just think they were joking with him the same way he does with us. Look at every content creator and notice their lingo or what they're known for, their supporters are going to naturally imitate that. On the other hand for the people that know Berlin has actually dealt with blatant disrespect in the past, they know why he blew up and it's justifiable. So again I get both sides.

In this clip he said he's been dealing with it for years. Even if something was meant to be a joke, he probably blew it out of proportion because he finally reached his breaking point and because he can't predict what the sender meant since it was a typed-out message instead of a spoken message.
