Our girl, Catherine! It's official: I'm falling in love with Ireland. Wish I could move there, but in the meantime; much love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Oh Catherine, thank you for this lovely garden video,it is relaxing and inspiring🌸😊.
Have a wonderful week everyone🥰.
Many people who immigrated to the US from Ireland landed on the NC coast. My family never moved on to the west like some. I always felt a strong kinship with the Irish. Then I did my ancestry. Now I understand. It is my homeland. I so want to visit.
i like your video
The bluebell forest was beautiful.
Those red peonies were the prettiest I’ve seen!
Your garden changes so much…and that must be down to good planting. It’s looking lovely.🌸☀️

Omg. So real. Beautiful gardens and yes, drains stink. We call it baking soda….and vinegar! I’m doing it all of the time. Thanks for a great video as always!
Great garden tour. Hope you’re plumbing turns out ok. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Your photons on your walk were fantastic! Many screen shots to look at again and again. We had pink peonies at one time, but not that color of to use you shared. Those are gorgeous!! Thank you so much for brining us joy!
Your garden is lovely Catherine, a little sanctuary ❤
I suggested this to Karen so I'll share it with you. Might be a good idea to add 3 casters to the bottom of your barrel planters for easy moving. Maybe get a good size so it'll move easy😊
I love that whilst *some* of the clutter came back, you were able to quickly identify what was trash. That is amazing 💜💜 My advice for keeping the counter easily maintained would be to have the things you use out and decoratively displayed but limit your decor to on the walls / shelves that way you can see super clearly what is out of place on your counter ❤️
Thanks for taking us on the beautiful woodland walk! I loved the bluebells.
Aw, so glad you enjoyed it x
Such a fabulous garden! As for the hosta, sprinkle broken eggshell around them and it will grow, the slugs and snails love to chomp on the new growth!
I have seen a bluebell woods on a channel that is from Northern Ireland...Bealtaine Cottage. Smashing!!
Beautiful video!
Love your garden! Love the sheep and that beautiful woodland with bluebells! Notice there was fairy houses. Have you ever thought about a fairy garden with you niece and nephew. There so much fun!❤️
So much happening in the garden! Love it! P.s. Yes, your kale is bolted, probably just a bit too warm for them. They'll start to get bitter from here on out, so either harvest now or let a couple go to seed 😊 Happy gardening!
Thanks! Yes, I think I will let some go to seed for the insects x
Thank you did quite a bit in the front gardens and a little in the back. Sunday is good for yard work have a wonderful week 😊
Yes, Sunday is a great day for some gardening, glad you enjoyed x
Your garden is looking lovely Catherine x
It's looking lovely, buzzing bees and dainty blooms, and I did enjoy you showing us a bit " reality footage", work noises and clogged pipes. The peonies were lovely, remined me of my childhood when my dad cut big bunches in the garden to enjoy at home.
Aw what a lovely memory of your dad x
I love the Alum's. They remind me of fireworks 🎆
Aw yes, they do! X
You inspired me tobget brunnera and I am loving it. So pretty and love the foliage color
Peonies are lovely Catherine. I have the same one growing in a pot it used to be my father's who has been dead for 40 years I have always taken the plant with me where ever I move to it's still going strong and reminds me of my dad every time I look at it.your garden is getting really full of plants well done it's looking great x
aw I love that, so sentimental x
Always a lovely watch. Love watching the seasons turn in your pretty little garden. The woodland walk was truly lovely. Its autumn here in Melbourne, I am actually off up the mountains today to the villages to buy bulbs to put in. Its a beautiful spot, beach across the road and the mountains (The Dandenongs) are only half an away!
Everything looks so lovely.. What a treat for the eyes. Those peonies were glorious. Hope the Drain Dr. was able to give the pipes A proper enema and all is flowing as it should. My gardening is on hold (bad timing) due to a pesky surprise medical issue. I hope to be at it again soon. 🐝🌺🌿
Yes, that is exactly what he did lol x I hope you get well soon
Fabulous video your garden is beautiful and gets more so each year.the wood was so therapeutic as is your voice thank you x
aw, so happy you enjoy it x
Those are the most beautiful peonies I have ever seen!
The colour was so striking, I hadn't;t seen ones like that before x
The bluebells are beautiful! With no rain and high heat in Michigan, our spring flower season is just flying by. I love the big alliums. I let mine dry out and then hang them in my garage till fall and then use them in arrangements. Sometimes I spray paint them with glitter for Christmas. They always give a wonderful sculptural effect.
It was a lovely walk. Thank you for taking me along. 🌺🌲🌺
I am so glad you enjoyed it x
Lol, you have such a positive attitude, love your videos.🙂
😊 thank you
garden is looking amazing. You've done such a great job. My cosmos not flowering yet but looking good so finger's crossed x
Your garden is really pretty. It's fun waiting for the next round of blooms.
Loving your inspiration
I love your videos. ❤
Hey Catherine, have you tried a soaker hose? You just lay them down and they water for you. Your ground gets a great soaking. They are awesome. I can’t use them because I’m all container gardening. To many critters here.
The garden is looking beautiful! I hope all went well with the pipes!❤Ana
Nothing prettier than the Bluebells in full array🌸❤️. We love them in Texas, too. The Sunday Daintie fix is such a breath of fresh air🥰
Aw, happy you like it x
I just love your garden. You have such a variety of plants.
Hello, just tuning in and noticed your thumbnail picture, First thought Oh my goodness, Catherine has got a sheep!,❤😂

Love the sheep and your garden is looking beautiful 🥰
Thank you! X
Ive got that peony in my garden...had 2 but lost one...Im told that the root ball needs to be partially above ground for peonys to grow well. Or maybe its just luck !!!!
Have you ever done a hair tutorial? You have such beautiful hair. I’ve never known how to do those waves.
Aw, thanks, here is a video for a heatless hair thing I use, ruclips.net/video/SLxJEz1n1h8/видео.html I give a lil demo on it x
very nice, we call the Welsh poppies Californian poppies, how fun. I dug out mine yesterday, they like to spread themselves a little too much. o you eat the Borage? i like to make fritters with them and use the flowers in salads, your garden looks fabulous!
Every time I watch your garden videos I want to find a place to live there! The long cold winters in Connecticut USA are no match for a Irish garden❤
awww, well, Ireland has really short days here in Winter, its one thing I struggle with once it comes. It gets dark around 4pm when the clocks change in Winter, and its not as pretty x
I so look forward to your videos, they bring me so much joy!!!! Thank you!!!!
Aw, I am so happy to hear that! X
Thank you Catherine for taking us along with you through the Woodland. Very beautiful. Your garden is doing well 👆👆❤
I am so happy you enjoyed it x
Wild pond area is looking wonderful....
Thank you! X
My Mum loved bluebells. bless her heart.
Awww love that xxx
I enjoy the Sunday videos the most since discovering your channel. I do watch them all, you are so talented.
Aw, happy to hear that x
Lovely Sunday evening catch up.
The reason for leaving the leaves of bulbs to go yellow is that all the energy goes back into the bulb.
I love Karen’s idea.
All great ideas for the front garden, I can’t wait to se the evolution.
Oh, peonies are my favorite! Those are gorgeous. ❤
Me too, they smell amazing x
Wow, what a year makes. It's been raining here in Denver, CO USA every day for weeks and I've tried gardening in the mud, but not pleasant. Lol
Oh no, so sorry to hear that x
Kale blooms when it bolts and goes to seed. The flowers are lovely, bees love them and they are very tasty in a salad.
Yea, I am gonna leave them go to seed for the birdies x
Getting there all the flowers soon be all out in their ballgowns… I love the colour of that peonie x
Oh my goodness it’s looking lovely!! We love watching you kiddo! You are amazing! Hugs from Utah, U.S.A. We are saving to come back to Ireland!!
Awww, thank you sweetheart, your so kind!
How is your Annabel Hydrangea doing? I have recently bought one and a brunnera (you cost me money girl). Love watching your vlogs
haha, Annabel has loads of foliage and flower heads but not flowers yet, she needs a drink ( like myself)
Hi Catherine your garden is looking beautiful, so pretty. Those peonies were gorgeous, lovely colour.

I just came across your video, I love your garden, the sheep were so adorable,, I was always told when you plant ,"first year sleep,,second year creep,,third year leap..
Love this! X
Garden looks amazing. ❤ If you plait the daffodils that will stop the goodness going into the bulb for flowering next year. - Frances
Your garden is looking great. Look forward to seeing how the front garden develops... It sounds like a great idea 😀
Thanks so much x
Good evening, just back from Bloom! I got inspiration for my pond. It was a beautiful day weather wise. I look forward to hearing how it compares to Chelsey. Maybe next year I’ll get there. Greetings from Sunny Clare. 😀
Aw glad you enjoyed Bloom! X
You’re so beautiful! You just seem so lovely! 🌷
Wow! What a difference a couple of weeks makes. We're the same in Yorkshire, had some dry, sunny weather and everything is just shooting up (including the weeds🤣) I'm chuffed that my dahlias survived the winter too...I was really ill so didn't even mulch...and we had a lot of snow. I may have bought a couple or 12 more to compensate...turns out I didn't really need to 😂😂
haha, glad they all came back! I think I only lost 2/3 from Winter x
👌✨
Gorgeous garden Catherine my rose bush has black spot I sprayed it with oil, baking soda and washing up liquid it looks very poor any advice please 🙏
I would cut away the black spot at the base, the new growth will grow without the threat of black spot, we had a lot of rain this spring, which caused it, cut off the black spot, burn the foliage, and clean your snips to remove any disease and stop it transferring to another plant.
@@DaintyDiaries thank you I did that and my poor rose bush looks so unwell but hopefully it will be ok 🙏
@@kimberley1195 your new growth will be lovely and lush, bu cutting the bad stems you have allowed more air to ventilate x
What song is that playing during the bluebells? I've not stopped thinking about it since I first heard yesterday evening.
👍🏼🤗❤️
