Many people who immigrated to the US from Ireland landed on the NC coast. My family never moved on to the west like some. I always felt a strong kinship with the Irish. Then I did my ancestry. Now I understand. It is my homeland. I so want to visit.

I love that whilst *some* of the clutter came back, you were able to quickly identify what was trash. That is amazing 💜💜 My advice for keeping the counter easily maintained would be to have the things you use out and decoratively displayed but limit your decor to on the walls / shelves that way you can see super clearly what is out of place on your counter ❤️

The bluebells are beautiful! With no rain and high heat in Michigan, our spring flower season is just flying by. I love the big alliums. I let mine dry out and then hang them in my garage till fall and then use them in arrangements. Sometimes I spray paint them with glitter for Christmas. They always give a wonderful sculptural effect.

I would cut away the black spot at the base, the new growth will grow without the threat of black spot, we had a lot of rain this spring, which caused it, cut off the black spot, burn the foliage, and clean your snips to remove any disease and stop it transferring to another plant.
