Thank you Sir for incredible videos that really helped me out in my preparation for Business Laws ,u have covered each & every section beautifully !!thanks alot Sir!!
Sir. Thank you for your excellent job in providing this excellent information. This , and in fact the full series is very helpful for my Bar Council Exam. much appreciated
Can u explain the second para of sec 5 i.e on unconditional feature of bills of exchange... What if the promise to pay is after the death of a person as it says condition which is certain to happen. What about if the receiver dies before payer.
Sir i have a doubt please reply tommorow is my exam. Classification of instrument on basis of payee in that order instrument ABC is bearer?? Because you said earlier while explaining cheque that ABC is is bearer also
See dnt get confused when we said bearer cheque in that no name is mentioned which can be negotiated or endorsed easily by just transferring only see for eg Mr A has drawn s cheque which is bearer if Mr A transfer that cheque to Mr B so now Mr B is the holder of that cheque and now he can claim the money from bank and now if that cheque has gone lost.....and if this cheque is found by Mr Z Then as the Cheque was bearer so Mr Z can claim the money from bank...as there was no specifically Name mentioned on the cheque WHILE NOW IN CASE OF ORDER INSTRUMENT ORDER INSTRUMENT is that instrument in which name is written if we take the example Again of Cheque Mr A drawn a cheque now in the column of Pay to he writes Mr C name then this cheque amount will only get by Mr C and nobody would claim the amount except by Mr C or it can be pay to someone else depends upon Mr C's order.
Sir, You gave an example of time instrument which says X promises to pay after death of Z But in Section 4 it is mentioned dat promissory note contains an "unconditional undertaking" and in ur example death of Z is a condition , den how can it be a promissory note. Please reply.
Here the condition has to be certain. Like sir said 'when someone is dead' . Or take an example where you have to make emi payment for ur car and you have given your financier a cheque which has a condition that if you fail to pay emi then he would encash that cheque. Condition is "CERTAIN".
Sir, Your work on Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is very nice, thank you so much sir. But I have a doubt, as you said in "Promissory Note" that it must be unconditional then while studying "Time Instrument" how can it be based on certain event?
You initially said that negotiable instruments cannot be conditional and then you say that time instrument is conditional then this time based instrument should not be a negotiable instrument right???
Thanku soo much sir... Today because of you my whole negotiable intrument act is done for my exams... Thanku soo soo much sir.. And sir one more request to you is please if possible you give lecture on banking regulation act and reserve bank of india act before 15th june 2019
