Finally you have a house with some character, no wire shelves in the closets and trees. I can do without the brick pave driveway and the sliding doors. But Electric stove and cooktop come on, what a cheap skate builder. what a disgusting finish in the kitchen, White cabinets yuck. Also too close to the west coast statistically gets more storm hits than the atlantic side. But 700k that rip off that house only worth 500k, that tells me the builder has cheapen out in other areas. Also cathedral ceilings imagine the ac bills.

People have no time to laid down in the tub anymore. You basically shower on the go. If you eve go black you never go back! ..lol
