you're so welcome!! not achieving the results you expect sucks and def hurts your perception of yourself, which is why it's so so so important to remember that a bad outcome only means failing if you decide that it does 🥺

will get on that this summer :) idk if i'll be the best help as someone who struggled A LOT with physics & similar classes, but hopefully some of the tricks that helped me will help you too!!

depends on the day/level of focus. most times, I wear headphones without playing anything. other times, i play my liked songs on Spotify, and when I really cannot focus, I watch study vlogs or other vids. Basically, the more focused I am, the more I enjoy studying in silence. Sorry for not being more helpful 😅
