Where do you purchase your Crucifixes? Some make them out of the twine, I have not been successful at making them.

I am looking to make rosaries for my pastor. He is from India. Every year, when he goes home on vacation, he collects a bunch of rosaries to give away. We have a 3-church parish. Officially my pastor is the Parochial Vicar. The parish pastor is his brother.
You pointed out on the 1st knot that you were using your middle, ring & pinkie fingers to pull the knot tight. This is the same as we do when praying the Rosary to pull each bead between our thumb and index fingers.
I found out, while watching one of the channels praying the Rosary, that the 1st 3 Hail Marys are for the Theological Virtues, Faith, Hope, & Charity.🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤

I've been making wood bead corded rosaries for years and I've always struggled getting the crucifix on it, having to try over and over with the way I was doing it. I tried using the method done in the all twine rosary and got the crucifix on quickly. Thanks to the Rosary Army I finished making me first all twine rosary. I need some practice but my twine rosary turned out okay. 😊🙃

Sigh, I'm so stupid! I made mine and was so proud how nice it was and then my father realized I only made 4 mysteries/decades, and now I have to start all over again because I already cut and singed the end of my twine! %/

Hello. Thank you for a great tutorial. It's my first time making army rosaries for donations. Your video has been wonderful. Just finished my first rosary. Can you please tell me how long is the whole rosary? because there was a lot of twine left over on the first one I made; I wonder if I'm tightening the knots too much or if they are too close together. Should I cut less than 20' twine per rosary? Once again thank you and God bless.

I love this, and as a convert Lutheran I might try to get the Lutherans to get into the Lutheran rosary... or I’ll just start a group with the local catholic congregation to make these.

Hi Daemon. Interestingly enough, we hosted a Lutheran Youth Minister and a rather large group of Lutheran teens for a rosary making session several years ago. It was great fun and they were all enthusiastic for learning the prayers and the method of making the rosaries out of twine. So glad to hear your positive review!

Jennifer Willits That’s AMZING! What Synod were they, it’s so hard to find Lutherans who use rosaries?
