  • On Thursday, the 28th of July, I visited Kolmården in Sweden, the 4th park of #MegaVikingTrip2022, the theme park road trip that I undertook with ‪@blockycoasters‬ between July and August.
Kolmården is famously embedded in rollercoaster folklore as the zoo that was ambitious enough to build a ground-up wooden topper track coaster built by RMC, despite being under threat of it being demolished entirely because initially, they didn't have legal permission to do this.
The result: Wildfire, Europe's largest rollercoaster and a fantastic ride, good enough to make any enthusiast take the trip out to the middle of a dense Swedish forest just to ride it.
In this video, you can find my on-ride reaction through a recording of my voice among many other great highlights of our day here. Thank you so much for watching!
