'In one story' and 'Baghdad ' are the clues in this one!
Decent final jeopardy question.
Also he is captured by the old man of the sea. A bit more likely to happen to a sailor than a poor city boy, I'd wager
@@maqsarian But, I think that with minimal knowledge of the books, this one would have been guessable. Multiple stories and Baghdad. Maybe, that's why she guessed 'Aladdin '.
@@ladyhawke7034 Yeah, I guess if the Brad Pitt, Michelle Pfeiffer animated movie was a little bit more popular, she might have gotten it right.
Brings me back to childhood days. My elder sister who's much older than me used to read me stories about Sinbad. I remember one where Sindbad came to a place where there was a valley filled with all sorts of precious stones. My imagination really ran wild with delight.😂
Congratulations Isaac!

Congratulations isaac welcome to the tournament of champions
Seeing all the score changes in today's game, I'm surprised they didn't run out of time in Double Jeopardy, let alone have a 1 minute warning.
They finally took Amy I mean Mayim off the closer 🎉
Blossom. She's always going to be Blossom.
Got the book right but blanked on the character
I knew it had to be either Sinbad or Alibaba due to the mention of Baghdad, which meant it HAD to be someone from the Thousand and One Nights and Aladdin was out of the question xD
Anna didn't wager it all?
Incredibly stupid. What was she thinking? Had a chance to win no matter how small, yet just gave up and bet so that she had basically no chance to win. She seemed to have the Final Jeopardy awareness of a turnip.
@@jb6407 Thinking about second place?
@@ladyhawke7034 Yeah, that's definitely what my point of view. My guess is that she wasn't very confident in the category, and decided that she'd rather keep second place.
Her chances of winning went down to 0% with her bet. Given the scores, she needed to go almost all in (minimum bet $9400, so might as well bet it all) to pass Isaac if she got it right and he didn't. She should believe in herself more.
@@DavidHutchinson0713 Nothing else makes sense!
But, she still should have tried to win. The last time I got a Final Jeopardy correct...besides this one... was the 'Helen Keller' question. And I was shocked that Drew didn't know it!
I guessed What is the 1001 Nights? I wonder if that would be accepted as a correct answer, since it is.
I got it but dont know how.
Lol SAME! I was pleasantly surprised I came up with the correct guess last second. For a moment I wondered about Odysseus.
@@michaelscott4909 hey hey hey... thats MY braincell i dont remember lending it give it back! :P
I'm ashamed to say my guess was Walter Mitty. I got on the tangent on The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and fell into that trap.

If you go into the comments before watching the video, you deserve it.
@@theguywhoisaustralian1465I've had these spoiled without going into the comments because of how the mobile app is programmed.
I really can't stand rude people like you who don't want to take time to understand why things are the way they are. You are abetting the jerks who spoil deliberately.

Who is Sinbad The Sailor?
I thought of Aladdin at first, but then thought Sinbad made more sense.
The category is “Literature”, which is just a big word for “books”.
Literature could also include plays and poetry
Knew it immediately. That's actually a very good clue - I will admit that. It's not one of the obvious stories.
The trouble is, I've got a good comment for that - a riff by Statler and Waldorf after a Muppet Show Arabian Nights routine - but that would be an obvious spoiler, so I won't say it.
[And if you figured out the question, you probably can guess the riff.]
I figured out the question, but I don't know the riff.
@@theemmjay5130 Is everyone okay with my posting it?
You can say what it is in your replies. It will be up to the person reading whether to expand and view them or not.
@@Crazy_Diamond_75 Okay, but figured I'd better wait a bit so everyone can watch the episode.
After an Arabian Nights skit
Statler: "Was that Sinbad?"
Waldorf: "No, but it certainly was SUNG bad!!"
🤣🤣
@@kali3665 Oh, yeah, I totally get it! Just thought it might be a handy trick :)
Thanks for giving the full reference haha.
Sinbad
I love getting the answer before Ken announces it
Why tf did Mansa Musa come into my head
Ho chi minh
It's amazing the stupid wagers some people make
You mean why did Anna make a small bet when to have any chance of winning she had to bet essentially everything she had? Yeah, I was confused too. Was she going for second place?
Explain to me how Jeopardy wagering should go, O wise one!
@@BlueManIan Jeopardy wagering should go for trying to win the game if at all possible.
My personal point of view is that she likely wasn't feeling very confident about her ability in the category, and decided that she'd rather keep second place for the extra $1000.
One of the best pieces of advice I have for Jeopardy players (I'm not one myself) is to go read Andy Saunders' guide to betting on FJ on his site The Jeopardy Fan. That can be the difference between winning or losing, given how important FJ is. I can recall a recent situation where someone in Anna's position didn't bet enough and was the only one to get FJ right, and the bad bet cost her the game. If Anna had gotten it right and Isaac didn't, the tabloids would have gone nuts. You don't want covfefe like that.
The Correct Response What Is Sinbad?!
First!
Sinbad that correct, Isaac is a 5 day of $120,187. Congratulation you are a tournament of champions 🎉
Bruh it's so funny seeing your comment at the bottom because everyone dislikes it
