I want to ask , is it necessary for IT officers to move in general banking officers after scale 4, if someone don't want to move to general banking can he do that ,CAN he serve as IT officers for full carrier if he wants.

They will ask you NOC in interview and on joining time or in dv you should produce releaveing letter from Mnc to Bank . Otherwise your candidature will fortified
I was also present in the interview, I think I was in the 4th or 6th panel, we were taken to a conference room, before the DV, had our DV then, it was the first shift of interview, failed to qualify, scored 38.6 overall, I think the final cut off was 39.2, my intwrview didn't go well, I scored 68 out of 100 in the SO interview, in the PO interview I scored 80,but PO mains went bad for me, 3 more marks in the SO interview and would have had the selection 😅 but alas, it was my own fault

I has the interview in Bangla at SO 😅 during the PO interview though they asked me questions initially in English, then they had some conversation in Bangla and one or two words here and there and rest of the interview happened completely in Bangla 😅
Haa,, agar wo English me puchte hai to English me answer dena jyada sahi rahta hai,, wese aap unse permission lelo ki me ye answer hindi me doge.. to acha impression rahta hai.

In my case they didn't wish good luck ( generally they used to wish for satisfied ones I feel ) and the panel maintained same look throughout the interview. No signs of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. What can I infer from this ? Is it good or bad sign ?

Aur samjha dena agar new banayenge to date bhi to latest hi hoga.. Mujhe lagta hai koi issue nhi hona chahiye.. joining ke time bas tum le jana documents unhone jo bhi bola hai.. they have to accept it.

What is the average interview marks they will give?how much more marks r required to qualify in final if we get that average in interview?
I think avg Interview marks will be around 60-65,, suppose we got 60 in Interview for final selection minimum 6marks more than cutoff is must for Gen.
