His story is that his wife died, and oswald wants to reunite with her. Due to his luck, he cant die. So he ends up missing his brain and hitting his eye. This also happens in leak ma balls, but he hits the leakers.

Oswald’s story is actually sadder than Mickey’s in this mod. Every other character moved on into new media, and Oswald was an idea left to rot. There was no one else with him, and he tried to kill himself but couldn’t because of his curse of luck.
So maybe when he shot his eye, maybe it dint hurt because of his luck and Oswald said "rahh". So maybe it's not because it hurt. But it dint.

Wasn't Oswald's story about him losing is girlfriend Ortensia, and Oswald misses her so much he becomes insane and wants to see her again so he tries to end himself to see her again, but he's incredibly luckly to the point he can't end himself no matter how hard he tries, it's like his luck is turning against him.

My favorite track ever. It's always D sides that brings in the most addictive songs and also the sweetest rhymes. But a point that I wanna talk about that I think nobody does is that laugh Oswald does after saying the line. You can really feel all the sanity slipping away and it's chilling.

I have a theory as to why he’s smiling in the second phase. Oswald don’t got the drugs Mickey did, note that, even with this take’s differing unhinged behavior. The luck curse got to him, and he’s ACTUALLY managed to *HARM* himself somehow, shooting out his eye. it’s a sign, he might not have ended it but he’s getting *closer.*

I think that the way it goes from a simple small smile from a complately unhinged, crazy looking smile is to kind reflect how much harm he brought into himself, going as far as trying to take his own like.
The way the songs has a few calm seconds at the end instead of just ending might be a small time for the player to stop for a sec and see how Much he changed.

I don't see many people mentioning Oswald's laugh, how he laughs and starts sobbing at the end
Like, WOW, THE VOICE ACTING THERE WAS AMAZING
For the people who don't know his backstory: Oswald one day feels that something is not right and the only thing that comes to his mind is to run away, without looking the way he accidentally falls into a diluting substance which lets him see things more clearly and he notices that things no longer have color. There was nothing, everything was gray, sun, clouds, moon, etc. Everything seemed to be dead, the buildings were old as if no one had lived in them for years. Oswald was looking for a way to escape from there but after many hours of trying he gave up thinking it would be forever and it was like that, every year, every month, every week and every day the loneliness would consume him more and more. This deteriorated his mental state, driving him insane, and angry, really angry. In this kind of world where he accidentally ended up, he doesn’t know where his wife is, nor his friends, no one, they were simply no longer there or he could not see them. His Satan is particular, because instead of wanting to torture him, he doesn't want him at all, he doesn't like him or let him die because he doesn't want him in hell with him. Mickey's Satan gave Mickey a gun, but Oswald got it on his own. Oswald tries to die to escape this miserable reality but simply cannot, as his good luck turns against him. Who knows if this can still be called good luck, or if it is bad luck? (got this from funkipedia btw so it may be wrong)

I have come back to this song as a reminder to appreciate the good things in life. When this mod came out, I was all suicidal. This assisted in getting me out of it. I will now make it routine to come back anytime I feel suicidal again in order to remind myself of how horrible life was when I thought negativity was the norm.

The original maker of outtaluckrabbit.mov, the character seen here.. well, I don’t remember his backstory but I’m sure he went through a lot more pain than this. His weapon of choice was also originally a toaster plugged into an extension cord rather than a pistol

Apparently this is a d sides remix but it feels like half is from the original unknown suffering while the other is new but still this proves that we can turn existing mods to d sides versions if we put hard work into it also song is cool along with the other songs in this update plus 8 months and yet other mods like spongebob parodies has a bunch of content each update and all in the span of 2 or 3 months
