I recall Ritchie and Dio had something of a bitter rivalry after Rainbow. Dio ended up becoming best known for a song about being f-ed up on heroin. Ritche has written this song, many other happy fun songs, and is still around today. There is something telling about that happening.
I don't care what they look like as long as they're happy. I've had 4 relationships with intelligent beautiful women, one half my age at 38, and one 8 yrs older and still love them all. So just let them have fun and live. You too!
This band is definitely having fun, and they're also really good musically. Even if the music itself isn't someone's cup of tea the execution is rock solid and there's a lot of spontaneity on that stage. That's a large part of what musical performance should be about. The "dislikes" are hard to understand.

SynicHEX You and me both. The renaissance flavour combined with Blackmore's decades of experience in rock coming together in this ensemble is a tasty mix. He's the guts, she's the charm and it comes together as magic.
We need more bands like this. No heavy metal like the other pagan rock bands. And with melodies on basic scales that's in harmony with cool beat arrangements.

They played near my hometown in the U.K. not so long ago. I didn’t go because it wasn’t Ritchie I’m accustomed too - big mistake, hope they come back one day

There's absolutely nothing good about this song or this group. They and their music are embarrassingly bad. I wouldn't hire them as a wedding band.
