That's great - you can start by just taking a lesson at a local flying club. Glider lessons (plan without an engine) are considerably cheaper than powered planes, FYI :)
If you have a high spec computer system, or else an Xbox Series X, you can fly around in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It's surprisingly good! If you like that, then consider flying for real - although sims are fun, there's no substitute for the real thing.
