Coach is a huge if not the most important part of succes of this team, it is obvious that he is doing his job very professionaly with utmost dedication.
Very humble head coach. He could've easily said the adjustments after G1/G2: 1. Getting into offense quicker by having Jokic and Gordon bringing the ball up instead of Murray. 2. Move the set screens to allow the ball handler to get to the outside/corner instead of getting smothered down the middle. Was what turned the series around (because it did). Instead, he cited the heart of a champion and their leader showing why he is the MVP. I would take Coach Malone in Cleveland in a second.

It all starts with Jokic and the statement Malone makes at the very end of this conference... some might argue that the Nuggets need everyone -- Gordon, Murray... etc... -- to win it all and that the coach is the best in the league... all are factors into our success, but the key is still Joker... there's no guarantee that the supporting cast puts up these numbers in another system where the star isn't so blatantly unselfish and talented about distributing to the hot hand. Jokic makes everything happen first and foremost by making everyone around him better. Other Nuggets are becoming stars because Joker is making them stars. This whole period is making me question any doubt I ever had about Tom Brady being great.
