In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Zoom has Hero fly directly upward, going beyond the camera limits, and then fall directly downwards on a random part of the stage. In the Dragon Quest series, Zoom has the Hero fast travel to a specific previously visited location, usually a town or village. In Dragon Quest I, Zoom has the Hero return to Tantegel Castle. In Dragon Quest II, Zoom has the Hero return to where the game was last saved. In Dragon Quest III onward, Zoom provides a list of previously visited major locations, enabling the Hero to fast travel to any of them. In the 3D version of Dragon Quest XI, Hero can Zoom to campsites as well as major locations.
Also to note here, I recorded this using my new Elgato HD60 Pro. I would say the video is fine, but next time I'll try to tweak around with settings for the audio so it's not that loud.
Hero never uses Tier 4 spells (e.g. Giragrade, which is localized as Kasizzle in Dragon Quest XI), not only in Smash, but also in the Dragon Quest series. Those spells can only be learned by Wizards (such as Veronica) and Priests (such as Serena). Such spells were introduced in the Japan only 2012 MMO Dragon Quest X, which was originally developed for the Nintendo Wii. The tier 3 spell Kasizz could’ve been in the Command Selection.
Besides the stamina factor (which is pretty much exactly what I wished had NEVER been done in Classic Mode to begin with... no matter how understandable Ryu and Terry's routes each are at times), Hero has one of the worst routes in the game no thanks to how BRUTALLY overpowered Giant Charizard is. (Sure, it's only a percentage round instead of a stamina one, but still, the damage is already done)
That last Charizard fight gave me so much trouble. You could be doing so well, but then you get randomly die at 50% due to a down smash or forward tilt. You made it look so easy!
Wait a minute, I just realized that the Mii Brawler, Mii Swordfighter, and Mii Gunner aren't in the list on Classic Mode. They were in the 3DS and Wii U, but not in the Switch? That's not fair.
yeah maybe because they don't have a specific history, maybe Nintendo need to just allow them to fight against random characters and then hands just like how they did in sm4sh
The new adventures for Eldrick and his friends un Super Smash Bros Ultimate! ⚔️🛡️🐉
Welcome to the party!

Glad you played as the Dragon Quest III Hero since this series did start on the NES.
Giant Charizard is a nightmare to face as a final boss.
Good job Rodriguez I can’t wait to beat Erdrick on Classic Mode 9.9
My advice on using Hero in Smash:
• Don’t use Kamikazee on your last stock.
• Don’t use Kaclang offstage.
The Hero has proven his detractors wrong & has triumphed! 🗡️🛡️
I’m happy it wasn’t master and crazy hand.
A good number of characters don’t have master and crazy hand as their boss.
Love Classic Mode from Corrin ( Female ) and Hero Arusu
Hero Arusu Day
Al fin unan aquí a Hero Arusu o Erdrick en vez de del otro
He’s got potential for sure, but he’s a little sluggish.
Still nice and powerful.

You made it look so easy!
Yeah got lucky that the AI behaved there.
I made it easier for myself by just spamming attacks and getting out of the way at the right time.
Heh, you should see his side B. Luckily I had kaclang equipped
The charizard at the end is a real bas-
Yeah, lost some runs to him since he kept jumping around and kills me in like a couple hits.
Hi, The HERO IS OUT NOW *HYPE!*
Quick reminder
DQIII Hero
Hero Arusu All hail Erdrick
7:08 why the final boss is corrín but not Ganon or Giga Bowser Or Dracula?
It's a reference to the Dragonlord from Dragon Quest 1.
It's awesome character
Amazing! You make Hero's Classic Mode look easy, he's definitely OP with those spells. Can't wait to see Banjo-Kazooie in the Autumn. 😄👍

Rodriguezir gaming just hit 30,000 subs!!!
I Wish The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 🐢 Were Back In Super Smash Bros Ultimate 🃏🎮💯
Can someone explain these references to me?
Luma The Companion’s name is Veronica
I don't get the theme of this route
References various Dragon Quest titles
Dat Charizard at the end is so bull. I would've rather had the hands instead of that mess.
Why they did not pick Chrono is beyond me.
