I'd like WoR to allow us to use the original forms/skins of some of the heros, like Marri, with her Black hair before she's awoken and Voltus to have his elemental form, also before being awoken, should be an optional toggle for those.
This is an awful response tho, the problem was never about the skins, the problem is they have stats, like most of us dont care about the skins, the stats is the thing that worry us. I know they are very minor stats wich makes me even angrier, why not remove them altogehter, is such a stupid hill to die, stats do not add anything to anyone and piss off like 99% of the community...

If that's how the final skins are going to look I think they missed the mark. Wrath and Marri are very similar to their normal skin and Abomination just looks like a bad recoloring. Rushing out something of poor quality is not a good way to do any damage control.
They did this after the backlash on zilitu skin lol , anyone can see where this is headed .( you pointed it out as well ) . This was just done to hush the community thats why these heroes were picked .
just strip these 0.7% attack and def from the skins and release 1000 skins and sell them with cash or many gems so that ppl can buy a ton of them it is that simple why they have to make everything so complicated always? take lessons from games that succeded in this section like league of legends and dota 2 not from the ones that closed after 1-2 years
u do know that when league did those skins only updates and no content most of their players quit thr game? Thats the only reason why they released the weird 2v2 gamemodr to stop anymore players from quitting. U are basically telling them to not care about the community and make 99% quit just like what happend in league and raid.

Guys don't waste your time on this game, it's character based game so if you don't have certain characters you will never progress for example in guild boss with my full lvl 60 team I can't do more damage than a full lvl50 team tha have dolores
Recoloring Abomination is not fine, it looks like shit. Expect and accept shit then you will continue to be fed it. I thought the exact same thing, that this is damage control. If they start half assing skins this game will not last. How do they not anticipate this shit ? All they had to do was announce or have a free skin event, then later you work in the pay to win competition skins. Common sense.

It was because of the qualifier word "Free" which it very much was not.

They specifically mention early preview, it's WIP. They rush the communication of hit not the making of the skins
