unfortunately saying "dont commit suicide, or stop having suicide thoughts" you're commenting this on someone's channel who has bpd, bipolarity and anxiety, and im pretty sure these things doesn't help :/ the best way to help someone who is mentally sick is to be there for the person, and always tell them they have to take care of themselves, they need treatment because depression is a disease like any other, so you can help by saying that what they're feeling is being caused by a disease that has treatment, and that although is hard, they need to go to the doctor, they need to do therapy, they need to stay away from everyone who makes them feel more sad and stressed, and always remember them that they are not alone, and try to understand their feelings... there isn't a cure, it is true, but if you are reading this and you're depressed, i'm one of you, and i thought there was no solution, that it all would only stop if i died, but i was wrong, i found better doctors, i started taking better medications, i started doing therapy, and suddenly those thoughts disappeared and i wanted to live again, so don't give up, there is a million like you, you are not alone in this, and you can get better, i promise
