Hot pot is just one of the amazing Taiwanese foods Luke Martin has fallen in love with during his travels. Luke shares how he started his RUclips channel while working as an English teacher in Chiayi, Taiwan. While there, he tried some of the foods that became his favorite Taiwanese dishes, including beef noodles, chicken rice, and Chiayi’s Netflix-famous fish head soup. Since starting Chopstick Travel, Luke has vlogged his travels in many countries, but his love of Taiwan keeps him coming back again and again.
