Fix the road, extend highway 21 . Terrible road. The last county in Afghanistan has better roads than your road.Only excuses are snow, as if it only snows in Idaho. Just woke up, snow doesn't only hit Idaho; even states without state tax have better roads. It's just a shame, really.
