Don't know if you're going to see this but to give some feedback on this ASMRterpiece. The changing focus with the lights in the background knock you out even when you're not trying to sleep. Might be something to do with a manual lens in the future to do it more often whilst filming. Truly works like a charm and especially with the Glow of the lights in the background. Merci Beaucoup once again.

Sleep secret: Night caps. Not the drink, the hat. Long sleeve t-shirts work too, as you can roll up the neck and shoulders to make a sleep mask, fold the main body of the shirt over your head as the nightcap, and tie the sleeves at the back of your head to hold everything in place. Sleep masks are are popular, but people are sleeping (ayy!) on nightcaps.
Our beautiful Ms. egghead. I like when the lights in the background go in and out of focus. Your nose looks especially cute at this angle. And I always appreciate this more natural look when it comes to makeup.
