This is a song I wrote for a dear friend of mine who was dealing with a rough breakup. It led me to reflect on all of the endings of the relationships with friends, partners, and family members that I had been grieving in my own life, and then finally process that grief. Thanks for listening.

This has been stuck in my head the last 2 says, the first thing I hear when I wake up. First it was "oh lover, don't you carry me, I am no more holding on" and today it was "a hand tightly gripping on to sand let's it slip away"
