japanese cuisine truly let's seafood shine at its best.
the next closest runner up would be, in my opinion, a tie between portuguese, kerala (Indian) and or yue (canton chinese) cuisine. for china and india, because they are just so large and varied, to have a specific cuisine within a cuisine that excels on the global stage is quite something.
a few notable mentions also next on the list include chilean, korean, french, russian and to my surprise, scottish.
this is just from my own travels and experiences though as i am sure others have a differing opinion or perspective.
but coming back to japanese, they truly give the utmost respect to the ingredient itself. i love visiting small shops in japan and watching the chefs go about their work - an art in itself.

I've been working with salmon from Faroe Islands for years and I came jealous with a view of such great quality fish, cuz it's extremely fresh of course.
By the way, bakkafrost has better quality among other Faroe's fabrics
Great video of the great experience! Thnx a lot!

Thank you so much for watching and commenting too. The salmon here is the best…from their entire operations which you will see soon…there was everything for us to see and film. And their product shows in their hard work. Enjoy their salmon 🍣 ❤️🙏
