    I have been following your guys technique the last 3 weeks. Arching lower back and retracting my shoulders has completely erased my lower back pain(I had a collapsed l3 and l4) and my shoulder pain. Cheers from ohio love your videos

    I definitely noticed that my chest gets much more engaged when I keep my wrists straight instead of an excessive bend!

    I've never heard anyone say it's dangerous. Only thing i come across is idiots saying it's cheating.

      It's only cheating when you have like two inches to go down on the eccentric portion of the rep lol
