    bhai i think sara khel apne mind ka he , ham man lete he to har hai aur than lete he to jit hai , mera 1 mahine pehle 5km 23-24 me aaram se aa jata tha fir achanak ankle me injury aayi , fir calf me injury aayi , fir hamstring me injury aayi, me jab pehle long running karta tha tab 15-18 km aaram se kar leta tha , lekin injury ke karan 10 din ka rest pad gaya tha , aur mind set aesa bigad gaya tha ki 10 round bhi nahi lagte the , me 3-4 marke Beth jata tha , ek mahine me mera physical tha , mere se running ho hi nahi raha tha , ghar pe sab ko ummid aur mere pe bharosa tha ki me running kar luga , lekin idhar me 3-4 round marke thak jata tha pair fat jate the injury ki wajah se , fir last week tak aesa hi chala , meri physical 7th January ko thi aur 1 January ko mera 5km 33 minutes me aaya 😅 me rat ko so bhi nahi paya wapas rat ko 2 baje jag ke ground ki diwar kudkar dodne gaya dukhte pairo ke sath doda 5km 27-28 me karke aaya wapas confidence aana start hua lekin pairo ki lag chuki thi , fir jese tese 4-5 din aese hi nikale , lekin soch liya tha ki 7th January ko bharti ke din aakhri saans tak dodunga , jab tak muje ambulance me na dal de tab tak me na rukunuga na thakunga na hi thamunga , 6th January ko hi barish aa gayi , 7 th January ko subah dhummas uski wajah se 5 bje se ground me betha tha subah 9.30 ko running ki bari aayi , lekin ek chij hi dimag me ghum rahi thi ground se bahar aauga to pet aur pst pass ka label lagva ke hi aauga ya ambulance me aauga , ghar pe 5 km 26-28 me ho raha tha udhar me race me jo doda hu pure pairo ki nase Chad gayi thi , dard se kamp raha tha 3no injury javab de rahi thi fir bhi na ruka than liya tha barish aaye , aandhi aaye , tufan aaye , dhummas aaye, dhup aaye ,aaj muje koi nahi rok payega , khud ko bhi ijajat nahi di thi rukne ki , sab ko chirta hua 5km complete kiya , jab mera chest number tha wo pass ki list me police wale ne name bola , bahut jyada khusi hui , aur jab time dekha list me to 22.42 me complete hua tha , bhai kya khusi hui thi aprampar khusi ki anubhuti hui thi , tabhi se ye laga ki hamari koi limit nahi hoti , ham jo chahe wo kar sakte he bas kabhi bhi har nahi manni he
