True, his power only comes when he has type advantage sadly so far the meta is really going against him. Green units to counter DKM and DKM being blue and other metas being mostly blue and green he doesn't really shine until red is meta. Meaning he is only meta to counter red units.

Plus Eren's DMG ain't that great without his passive so it's a win lose deal pray for your Eren to live. So to put it simply Eren is a double edge sword depending on the meta.

Shalltears passive MAKES SENSE if you watched the anime and know exactly how she was created. When she enters her vampiric frenzy she does not care about defense - she goes all on offense . This is reflected in her passive
I think you're miscalculating the crit res and crit rate thing. Crit res is like a deduction of crit rate so a unit that has 130 crit rate hits a unit with 100 crite res they have a 30% chance to crit if arthur had 300% crit rate and liz had 300 crit res then arthur would have 0% chance to crit it would be impossible but I think you meant that liz had 205-215 crit res with arthur having around 300 meaning that your arther missed a 85-95% chance to crit which is ridiculously unlucky.

But even then, with liz´s base crit res at 95% max, +21%+40%-30% would put her at 126% crit resistence, and arthur with that attack had 268% crit chance, so a 142% chance of critting, and still, he didn´t.
