Love it! I make it like this, but add soy sauce, five spice powder and white pepper. So good! Gonna make it tomorrow for a late thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for the video!!!
Love how you enjoyed that lobster with so much expression of goodness. As well as glad that a fellow montrealer has followers for your take on various foods. Keep it going!
mmmmmm stir fried lobster, sounds sooooo good! we're salivating... thank you for sharing! we just joined your youtube family, hope you can return the support! :D
Ok this way difficult to watch at the beginning. Thanks for the warning cause I skipped the whole dismembering of the lobster. I wish you had omitted all of that cause as good as this video is I kept thinking about the poor lobster 🙁. Still love you and you videos 🙂💕💕
@@mtlfoodsnob Well... any type of lobster. Made at home, take out or eat in restaurant. I don't know how to break down a lobster, but you made it seems so easy. I'm still not sure if I could. I haven't had Canton style lobster, I guess since my father passed about 25 years ago now. However, when this COVID-19 thing is over, and I hope the restaurant survives, I'd like to go to Toronto where they have this Canton Style Lobster Mountain to try. Just need 10 or so friends to join in the $660 price. LOL! Interested in joining me? LOL!
Great question! When on sale, a lobster can be around 10$ a pound. So, approx. $15-18 per lobster. Add a few dollars for the ingredients and we're well under $30 for this feast that feeds two people!

Hello! Have you ever tried cooking lobster?
The tail kept moving even though it was separated from the rest of the body. Never dismembering a live lobster again. 😩
Just the nerves twitching
