Hello! I kinda have the same struggle. I'm pretty sure that at s festival you can enter any age as I've been to one festival before and had no struggle. As for concerts (for example, his 2025 tour). You can find info on the sites!! If the site doesn't say anything about it, it probably means a minor has to be accompanied by an 18+ person. I'm not entirely sure tho. Hope that helped anyway!!
