Can anyone clarify- If he sealed the glass to the mount package (with the aluminum covering), how are spacers then placed between the glass and the package? Is he using two layer of glass? Or are these two different methods?
wow great stuff. I hate when the wood or paint particles flake off the inside of the frames and then the particles get onto the front of the glass or art and ruins it if its in a bad place. Need to maybe try this. Up goes the cost and price of my artwork :) Thanks
I good method of removing these annoying particles is to obtain a feather duster to dust the glass and mount package before assembly, alternatively use an air blower. I use both. Mal Reynolds
What a legend, very good use of foamboard loved it. It was a very emotional tutorial, music made me cry. Thank you, Mal.
Wonderful use of all those leftover pieces of foam board. Thank you.

what material is the backing board?
Yeah the backing board that comes with the frames is usually pressed wood which can generate particles.
Conservation grade corri corr, maybe... I think he showed it in another video.
I always just use another matt board (when you have two the back becomes fairly sturdy).
