What is the difference bw system and application programs?

What would you say is the least amount of programming languages to be fully capable of understanding the most about the computer, i.e. to create a start-up company. I do games mostly C#, I have done quite a few low level projects at University because of being an Electrical and Electronic Eng student.
so know some PS/Bash/C/Verilog/Assembly(Pic mostly)/Java/JS/TS/Python/C#/C++, PHP, Matlab, and the others like html/css/mysql/postgres etc
I will rank out of 10, what my knowledge of each language is an understanding, with 10 being high knowledge and 1 very little.

my Question is, should I look further into Systems Programming/Security/Networking etc and learn more PS or Bash(WSL2)?
