    Great video as always mate!
I was sent one of these motors as well and will be installing it in my personal primary. I run almost exclusively ASG CNC 22tpa or 28tpa motors for many trigger response builds, so I will be comparing my thoughts on the test sample with ASG motors. Given the parts shortages in last 2-3 years for ASG CNC motors in particular, and the fact that off the shelf ChiHai motors require bulk orders for some custom specs (TPA, vents, brushes, etc.), I am very excited with the prospect of another US seller being capable of shipping me what could be a very nice motor in days- weeks notice as is necessary for my customers’ builds. I need to abuse my test sample a little bit though. I totally see the appeal and I have more opinions/ insights that I want to share in my review!

Some very nice looking stuff on Paragon's website. EDGI steel barrels for instance.

Looks like a good motor to me

Nice review. Honestly I've found these comparable to the real deal airsofts motor.
But these seem a bit better than the asg cnc motors, and heavily remind me of the chihai motors.
Although with the introduction of the warhead base motors I kind of recommend those over brushed motors

I agree. Unless money is pretty tight for people, I generally recommend the warheads now

After I dropped my motor he quickly dropped his . Timing was odd
But great review as always !

yea, to me it seems some places etch their name on something and almost double the price. and the funny thing is, as jake said the 35sh are better and that is what is in paragons standard 40 buck chihai motors which they stopped carrying when they saw someone over here selling the same thing for 30 bucks more because their name is on it. but thats just what it looked like to me. xD

@@TheRealDealAirsoft I’d like to clear up several misconceptions and fallacies. The timing is not odd at all. I started a prototype phase since fall of last year. My magnets are not standard N35 so please stop telling people that’s the case when it’s not. To respond to Tipzy, these are not standard off the shelf motors. These are custom specd to my requirements and all contain the best features a brushed motor can have. Pricing is very fair considering the features you get. Other options on the market don’t have the same features and are roughly the same price.

@@tipzy7730 see above comment. Let’s not spread misinformation and go based off what a “competitor” says. To clarify again, the standard Chihai motors not the same as my custom spec motors. I went through prototypes and worked with several people and Chihai directly to create a high performance brushed motor at a reasonable price. I’ve had many opportunities to throw shade but I’ll refrain from that. Just find it odd that the respect isn’t mutual.

is 12 or 16 tpa good for high speed builds

I want to get a 28tpa motor for my dsg that will be running a guarder160 spring and was wondering if the high tpa would be to slow for quick semi response and if i should go for something like the 22 tpa motor.

yes, i wonder if paragon got stuck with over priced chihai motors or if they are selling light hot cakes and they are trying to get more out befor ppl catch on. if your willing to spend this on a motor get a tienly or save a few more bucks and get a brushless imo

    • @paragonarmory
      @paragonarmory 2 года назад

@@tipzy7730 Tienly makes a good product but they’re significantly more expensive and typically out of stock. I’d love for someone to make a direct comparison of my motors to ASG, AAC, Tienly etc. A warhead base is still 120 which is nearly double what my motors cost.

@@paragonarmoryWarhead Black is garbage, at least in construction.
The motor has to stop before it can start again, coils are poorly wound and smaller than those of option no. 1, but better magnets. The No1 is superior to the 35k WH at 2j 18:1 16z, SEMI like FA, with 2Ah 65C 7,4v.
