I use my Mom's "Bakewell Cream" baking powder that's famous for the Bakewell mile-high biscuits. Have you ever heard of the Bakewell? I grew up in Maine and it was a staple in many a kitchen...
You have made so many wonderful delicious things over the years, I loved it when you were baking in the cabin using minimal things and a very difficult camping oven. You made the best breads. You once made my panettone bread pudding on video and I was so proud and touched that you had done that - you made it better than I did. I very much hope that you and Angel are well and keeping warm and looking after yourselves 💛✨ Missing you both.
Have copied your sour dough recipe and bread slashes with picturesque results .....even though a novice baker and somewhat more difficult at 6000 ft above sea level. 😊
