Yes I like when the fancy decorators go and jazz up a store or 3. The little towns need the attention and the plus is they're all fixed up. This store will need some racks for merchandise but the style is improved. Thanks guys ❤
I thought that same thing! I think they have a second floor. Those steps have to lead somewhere. I’m guessing it is all up there. 🤷♀️ Absolutely beautiful transformation, though. She has space to bring in some more racks downstairs if she wanted to.
@@Sydney8293 My gut tells me that they kept the merchandise to a minimum for the reveal and that more racks of clothing were added once the cameras turned off. That’s my hope anyway; retail stores need lots of merchandise! I think the upstairs area is office space.
If you go to the store’s website you will see the shop filled with racks of clothing. It definitely looks different than the way it looks for the reveal. I wish Nate and Jeremiah had designed the clothing racks too , so it would have a more upscale look once merchandised.
This could be a nice relaxing corner in a bigger shop. Little shops need to be cluttered, because they need to make money, the more merchandise people see the more they will buy. But it has a good basis now, it just has to be filled with organised clutter
?? Soooo they removed all of the clothing on racks and made it into a lounge... how is she supposed to make any money with 1 small rack of clothes. (These guys have totally lost the plot!)
Great job,but more merchandise is needed for display, and where are the prom dresses. I have the feeling that more merchandise will come out in a few days they and the customers seem to like the cluttered look.
Isn't the same shop that was renovated during "Home Town" 2 yeard ago? The show that Ben & Erin Napier have did 3 locations back then, so what happened?
Luxury vinyl plank floors is the last thing I would ever put in an old structure, Its does not wear well in commercial appliation and does not handle water infiltration well. I understand its all about product placement but you are saddling the owner with long term maintenance issue.. This is why HGTV is problematic. Product placement takes place over actual long term use and functionality.

Where did the merchandise go? The design was beautiful but the store looked rather empty 🥴

Where are they going to put all of racks and products?

You could have asked Madison to scribble that simple letter M herself for the logo
Decluttered like a bedroom 😂

Where are the clothes? It looks great….but if I went into this shop, I would spend under. 2 minutes….it is empty of stock!

What are they selling now, drugs? Where did all the merch go?
I can't stop laughing.

Was the boutique closed for six weeks?! Who paid the owner for that revenue loss?
It costs money to make money.
