There is no shadows or symbols in the New Covenant.There was one perfect sacrifice and one continuous Supper until Jesus returns.We are partaking in His Calvary sacrifice.The bread we break is a sharing in His body and the Passover cup is a sharing in His blood and always aware of Jesus presence Mt 18;20.The Lords Supper is the fulfillment of the Passover Supper
Here's why we show the Lords death till He comes"“For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.” "For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.” Understanding Covenant is Vital. Hebrews 916-17 Healing is all inclusive in discerning the Lords Body. "With His stripes we were/ are healed".. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” 😀😇❤😎
