To consciously enter the sleep cycle is to abide as primordial conscious (turiya). Even in deep sleep when mind and body have dropped of, there can be continuity of the unfathomable primordial ground of being beyond name and form. This guided meditation is meant to land beyond the mind and to transverberate into the spiritual heart.

I just finished the video/audio. The ladies instructions were very insightful....follow the breath. A huge part of the recording is of music and other types of sound that I will describe as different white noise and blue noise. The noise that almost felt hypnotic did nothing but wake me up physically, I guess it's time to smoke a joint and meditate.... without the video. Although it was not my cup of tea so to speak I applaud the team at Awaken The World🤗.
