Atlee is only trolled for his poor writing. As a director, he has the skills to show grandeur like no one else now but as writer, it kills his movies. The blatant copying is just unacceptable. Atlee should really work with a writer, much like his mentor did with Sujatha, to pair his direction skill with a solid script. We can only pray!

I’m glad that he’s able to talk about his insecurities due to his skin colour and how he built the confidence to overcome it. Having said that, he’s a mediocre director with little to no original material.
