He's had speed but I don't rate him as a fighter. Fair play, he's made more money in it than me. Put it this way, I'd think twice about meeting Mike Tyson down an alley even now. Amir in his prime....I'd skip down there.

Canelo beat Khan with skill no necessarily his size. Yeah it could have factor into his power, but he was timing Khan and feinting him out of position. Canelo made adjustments. Canelo has that special ability to adjust on the whim that many fighters lack.
True. It was clear that canelo was starting to overwhelm Kahn and going for the body more and more. It was only matter of time before he got caught.

he's definitely one of my favorite fighters of all time.
Khan will come in with the heart of a lion but then get caught in the 5th imo. His heart comes in front of his head, look every fight he lost this man was winning on the points.

Everyone talks about winning rounds against canelo. The guy doesn't fight for rounds or a decision he breaks u down then the finish. It's beautiful to watch. Respect khan for taking him on.
Amir is the only British fighter that was actually giving Saul problems. Canelo countered his amazing speed with timing.

He boxed brilliantly vs Collazo. He was doing well vs Alvarez but Canelo was canny and knew Khan would slow down if he kept hitting him to the body. Thats how Canelo managed to get close as Khans feet slowed and time that KO.

This guy was not winning the fight ... after round 3, he started getting outboxed. Canelo started timing him, connecting to the body, barely missing his chin with several hooks and connecting with his right a couple of times. Don’t get me wrong, khan looked great in the first couple of rounds but people act like khan was dominating until canelo got lucky.

I don't think I agree Canelo was around 180-185lbs, Probably at most sitting at 170lbs, trust me 180lbs and above is a big difference at 5 foot 9 height.

It's one thing to have a weak chin, as Amir has no control over that. But I never understood why he always got up so quickly from knockdowns. This lone fact was probably as detrimental to Amir as his weak chin, as he never allowed his head to fully clear and his legs to get back under him.

I have a lot of time for Amir, he always struck me as a good lad as well as a super-talented boxer. I don't completely buy into the weak chin thing, I just think he needs to tighten up his defence a little bit. He's too concentrated on attacking which is exciting but he needs to remember not to offer any openings.
My regret, khan vs Mayweather never happened. Money was there, and soo much of it but Mayweather knew khan would have troubled him soo much that he took Maidana instead.

I always wanted to see khan vs Floyd. With Floyd’s pillow fists I think khans speed would’ve made it very interesting since Floyd struggled with fast boxers.
Definitely would have been a decent fight. Although Floyd would win but I think the first 4 or 5 rounds Khan would shine. Then after round 5 Floyd would have taken control of the fight and outclassed Khan. Remember timing beats speeds. Khan has the speed advantage but Floyd timing would negate his speed as soon as he made adjustments.

Khan will win the first few rounds then lose. Khan throws shots based on opportunities. Skilled fighters throws bait out there to create the opportunities.
Hand speed doesn't mean skills. Watch the Canelo fight. Canelo didn't even use his size in that bout. He was landing body shots since Khan was over using the jab. Khan was also circulating to Canelos right in which ended his night.

Lead-Properly some good analysis there but Gamboa wasn’t a skilful fighter I’d say, he went down too easily in the fight when Crawford isn’t even known for power. Khan is gonna shock the world! I’m going to the fight ..

What Khan said is not what I saw Khan started fast did enough to win maybe the first two rounds but to me it was a defensive fight but once Canelo slowed him down with all those body punches n stop Khans offense to me it look like Khan was just a sitting duck or a fish in a barrel, then Canelo just took care of business....

Been his biggest flaw throughout his career and the reason why he's been hit flush with a big shot on several occasions. Opponents just knew they could let one rip as Khan comes in as he doesn't step away or move his head after throwing his shots when he is in range.at times he'll throw with his chin up there, left hand down, feet and head static, just asking to be hit.
