Can we talk more about hiring? Tried to higher someone to help and was told pay of 125 a shoot is too low pay. Multiple times

Wow you can afford to pay someone $125/ shoot?! May I ask what you’re typically charging for a shoot? And are you doing the editing yourself? That’s where I get killed. I charge $250 for 50 pics and a scan with matterport but outsource the editing so I’m paying $50 plus tax
