Those tank cars are marked ‘molten Sulphur’ so Sulphur needs to be between 275°-365°. Any colder than that it’s solid and any hotter than that it’s a solid as well ‘cept when it’s above ~380° it’ll set up like concrete to less likely to become ‘molten’ or fluid or liquid. If there’s four hoses attached to the car that means there’s two circuits or zones in that car, a supply and return for each circuit. Steam at 15# will yield a temp of ~240° like in your mamas kitchen pressure cooker. Not hot enuf. By using a trap regulator that removes the condensate from the steam and regulates the pressure. The higher the pressure the higher the temperature. A simple set up like that there can max out at about 480°. There you go, the more you know😊
It's driver error because they don't want to fix their mistakes for free. I didn't comment on that video, but that's the first thing that came to mind when he was spinning bs. I'm guessing they will try and blame your driving again on the clutch. First load on the new fix and you have a problem, they need to make it right and do it for free. If they don't, sue them and make sure you add all the work you missed because of their mistakes and get your laywer fees back as well make sure they pay your attorney fees, no fault of yours that they do sh!t work.
I think they put an 1650 clutch instead of 2050 or 2250 even BETTER!!!!!! DEFINITELY would not be using them again if I were U!!!!!! That's DEFINITELY B/S & not an Gr8 way 2 treat customers
Oh and one more thing. About that transmission, if u have similar problems whit the new one, then it it could be driver error with that big long stick. I ain’t a fan of that but your airlines for ur shifters maybe too long for the volume of air needed to move those forks. With that long stick u may need to increase the diameter of the air hose in the shifter. Just sayin. I’ve drove many miles over many years mainly in the west, hilly mountainous terrain and never messed up a gearbox like that. Just saying🤷
Hey bro I seen you in a truck video from 2022 pulling a step deck I said I was going to ask if that was you on the( truck spotting in Walcott video )and I said to myself I know that truck anywhere or you do have a twin ,and I heard a horn blow as the truck passed to turning in the truck stop 💪🏆🫡
If that was on largecar it would of been me. I went out that way pulling my step deck an went to the "no coast" truck show and I did stop over in walcott.
it's steam they use it to heat the rail cars and the clean and clear lines and pumps
Thank you
It cool running across you in the new Orleans area today. ✌🏼
Yes sir it was. Thank you for shouting out at me. Wish I had the camera going.
