    Question about Min 5:08. 0.8 crabon rod 1x 149mm. Where did the other side rod came from? Manual also stated 1x 149mm. The manual photo shows 2. Also the completed Click 25 shows 2 pieces.

    What is the material of the plate under the plane ? Does thé cyano stick on it ?

      Good question one I've asked myself, too. I was wondering if I could use a acrylic plate? Building the Clik 21 on a chipboard was a disaster!

      ​@@marcm2448 BTW , i finished mine, if you use baking paper/wax paper it's perfect, Cyano don't stick to it (i used wax paper also for balsa builds)

      ​@@DanielUman_12 Thanks for the tutorial, but I ended up making a mistake. I think the video should be re-uploaded with a warning about cutting the 0.8x500 carbons, or explicitly show the capture of manual step 64. I managed to glue the carbon pieces together to complete the last part, but it's really not ideal. I was hoping the kit would come with a spare 0.8x500 piece, since there's no room for cutting errors here.

      Both thin and medium depending on the joint.. the manual says where to use thin and where to use medium

    Why is there no airbrakes where the clik21 had them? Can you add them where there is no riffeling in the wing? Made the plane a lot nicer to fly.

      no airbrakes anymore :( hence a lot more speed in straight down maneuvers

    As a man who spent the past 9 hours putting this together and all 10 fingers covered in CA.... I have to say some important things... The video makes it look too easy, it is not an easy build. The video as well as the manual on the website skip a lot of steps and also the measurements for the carbon fiber does not match between the video and the manual.

    @RC Factory please check items in Click 25 box, manual and 0.8 carbon rods. It doesn't match. There is not enough.8 rod to assemble the plane.😢
    I build the Clik 25 step-by-step following the manual and RUclips video.

    Hallo Jan, ich warte seit einem halben Jahre auf meine Motoren und den Regler den ich bei Euch gekauft habe 150€ Schaden habe ich wegen Euch und auf E-Mails antotet ihr auch nicht mehr.
    Ist eine riesen sauerei so ein Geschäftgebahren.
    Habe in der Zeit bei der Konkurrenz für 463€ eingekauft überdas 3-fache an Wert. In eurem Saftladen kaufe ich nichts mehr, nicht mal einen CLIK.

    Hello Jan, I've been waiting for half a year for my motors and the controller that I bought from you. I've lost €150 because of you and you're not responding to emails anymore.
    This kind of business is a real mess.
    In that time I bought something from the competition for €463, which was over three times the value. I'm not buying anything from your junk shop anymore, not even a CLIK.

      During transport a screw fell into the motor through the magnet and Vera thinks that's why the motor broke. It's hard for a fastening screw to get into the motor during flight. Yes, I should have packed the screws separately, I admit, but I didn't think something like that would happen during transport.
      I also sent you a working motor, which you kept. Simply claiming that the package didn't arrive is a huge cheek.
      I bought the plane from a third dealer who also had a suitable drive set, but I, idiot, thought I was buying something from you too and bought the drive set from you so that you could make some money too. I now deeply regret it, I should have bought everything from the dealer. By the way, I fly with his set and it works, unlike your set. The dealer doesn't offer your set because it doesn't work properly.
      Why don't you respond to my emails????
      Where is the material that belongs to me????

      The screw was just loose in the packaging and probably fell into the motor during transport, so that the motor is attached when flying.

      Before I complained about the motor, I looked to see if anything was blocking it, e.g. a small stone or something similar.
      After all, I wanted to fly and not complain. I complained for the first time on March 12, 2024, that was 6 weeks ago.
      The motor has magnets and they just tightened the screw during transport.
      It would have been better if I had packed the screws separately. I would like the technician to contact me directly so that things go faster.

      I complained about a defective motor and a controller.
      I was then supposed to send everything in. I then sent in two motors, one still working, and a defective controller.
      Please see the email from April 25th below, where I have summarized everything again.
      The first email was on March 12th, 2024 and it has been going back and forth for four months now.
      I sent you material that belongs to me, including a motor that still works.
      For me, that's about €150 worth of damage!!!
      I would like the damage to be replaced at last. There was no fault on my part as is being alleged.
      I ordered the Edge XL from another dealer because it was cheaper there and thought that I would order the drive set from you so that everyone gets something, I thought it was only fair. I had nothing but problems with your drive set from the start and I deeply regret ordering it from you.
      It can happen that something is delivered defective, I fully understand that, then you just have to replace it and that's it.
      But what is going on here is an absolute no-go!

      I also had a Synergy with a drive set in my shopping cart at the time. I suggested to Vera that Synergy send me the material even though it was worth less. If there is a material defect, that's not a problem for me, it can always happen. But what you make of it has nothing to do with customer friendliness and service.
      Where is my material?
      Why don't you reply to emails? Then you wouldn't have to do it here.
