Is there a reason why you are playing the game on the SD client and not the HD client? You have a RTX 4090 and 24GB of RAM FFS! Install the HD client and re-post so we can see what the difference is. Maybe even do a split screen video to point out some differences?
The difference is minimal. Only if you zoom in on the tanks, the textures look a bit better, the scratches on the paint are a bit more detailed. In my opinion is not worth it to play the HD client.

overkill set up, using max settings getting 190fps on my 3060 and still not using all 12gb vram

oh yea, I just reinstalled the game without realising its the SD client. Next WOT video gonna be with HD client

The Pc and the graphics are Very good, the player not so much
